Seeing The Unseen In A Sinful World

Many times the nations miss the true voices of God because they imagine God would come through the “scopes of honor” ordained by society. But God many times comes contrary to society’s set ups because He wants to prove that they are indeed blind and foolish; and wouldn’t be able to recognize His voice ringing from His fleshly temples — His true messengers. And they most times never do! They even disrespect and ignore the very temples of God. The Pharisees belittled Jesus because of His age. Joseph was wickedly envied and rejected as God’s grace to the family of Israel because of his age. David who was ordained to fell Goliath was mocked because of his age. Society thinks God is as careful as to follow what they're used to and abide by their rules! So they imagine, “if God wants us to notice and hear Him, let Him come through the elders.” But if God honored society’s ways, then He isn’t sovereign. So God says, “don’t expect Me to come to you in an obvious way which favors your claim of reverence for Me. Instead, conduct yourself at all times in a way that’ll cause Me to find you pleasing through whatever nature I appear.” And so God always moves contrary; for it is out of the mouth of babes that He pours forth wisdom and ordains praise. Futhermore, if God came through those channels society would naturally respect, then people could imagine to fool Him with outward conduct expected by society and not by God. So God comes suddenly; in order for the wicked to expose themselves wicked, and the reverent to show themselves righteous. What people don’t expect, they can’t prepare for! If we truly loved God, we would be ready for Him at all times. But the wicked are unprepared and caught in the act.

And so God most times manifests through temples who could easily be dishonored. He does this to witness against the people that their lack of humility is their very wickedness and cause of condemnation. Many times, the King of glory takes a humble form that’ll be sure to expose the false worship of them who profess to worship Him. For when the temples that the people don’t expect God to dwell in are dishonored, they make it obvious that they never knew God. Indeed, God is near to the low in spirit: the broken: the despised: the exiled and abandoned. And most people naturally dishonor these sorts — ignorant of the fact that they’ve in their brief moment of trampling the despised, stood in the holy presence of God made manifest, and dishonored the Lord Himself.

Those who overly follow the laws of society into spiritual living are in danger of trampling those with whom God has hides Himself. You should be afraid if the God you seek in the temple of stones has been dishonored in the temple of flesh you overlook everyday. It is dangerous to slap small boys in the town when the king you’ve never seen but swear to honor, is famed to be a boy also. “I will be in them and would walk amongst them.” If God has assured you that His temples would be on earth, and if He has described the nature of the appearance of His temples; and if He has ordained that men wouldn’t recognize them, of which His words cannot fail. Then it is dangerous to overlook anybody just because you perceive them to be beyond the respect of your mental, physical or financial status — because we no really know who be who. Treat all people as though they’re God before you; for God is surely in some of them.
